South Boston Community Health Center is a full service health care facility that has been serving the South Boston community since 1972. With a staff of over 150, the health center provides nearly 60,000 visits a year to almost half of the population of South Boston. The mission of the health center is to provide health care to the entire community, while also ensuring care for those most in need.

We are affiliated with some of the best hospitals in the world with Boston Medical Center being our primary affiliation. We are also affiliated with Partners HealthCare and Tufts Medical Center.
