Financial Services At South Boston Community Health Center, we want to find a way to keep you healthy. Our Financial Counseling department is here to ensure that patients have the access they need to available health care coverage. Our staff will assist you with accessing free care program and alternative funding options and will also assist patients with the application and enrollment process for government assistance programs. If you would like to know if there are programs that can help you receive the care you need, please call or stop by our Financial Counseling department. If you can, bring along verification of your income and we can expedite the process. And please remember, all who seek care are welcome at our health center. |
