Free! Chair Exercise Class

Join us every Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM for free chair exercise classes!

Exercise comes in many forms and varieties. Chair exercise allows individuals to exercise and move without putting undue pressure or strain on their bodies. Movement works to lubricate joints and keep them flexible, strengthen and stabilize individual muscles, and increase blood circulation. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to join!
