Depression can alter the ways in which we think, feel and relate to one another. In this supportive environment, we will identify and discuss stressors related to depression. Using skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will practice ways in which we can cope and change our mindset to live life to the fullest.
The group will meet on Mondays, from noon to 1:00 PM. All SBCHC patients are welcome to attend. Please call 617-464-7554 to register.
