Giving

Help us to make a difference.

We have been particularly touched by the individuals who have made unsolicited donations since the Coronavirus first emerged and the many others who have reached out to ask how they can support our mission in these difficult times. Your donations are a critical resource to help us to continue to our work and to support those most in need. We are the only primary care provider in the community, and nearly half of all who live in South Boston have come through our doors seeking care. Working or not working. Newcomer or lifelong resident. Insured or uninsured. All who seek care are welcome here.

In addition to our high quality medical care, SBCHC hosts our food pantry where we serve over 500 families a month, as well as free transportation to and from appointments. We offer free support groups for new mothers, nutritional & cooking classes to promote better health, emotional and recovery support. Your contribution helps us honor our commitment to the people of the neighborhood to provide the highest quality of care while always ensuring care for those most in need.

SBCHC is a private, 501C-3 nonprofit corporation governed by a community-based board of directors. Contributions to SBCHC are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

Thank you for your support of our mission!
