Help us to feed our neighbors

The South Boston Community Health Center’s Food Pantry has remained open during the pandemic and continues to serve those who are experiencing food insecurity. For our Food Pantry families, what used to be twice a month visits have now turned into weekly visits as many local families are struggling with the effects of the pandemic. We have seen a 50% increase in the amount of food we distribute and unfortunately, a dramatic increase in the cost of food purchased to meet that demand.
We are so grateful to those who have regularly donated to our pantry and are hoping that more people are able to help us to continue to put food on what would otherwise be empty tables for so many. Your donation will help us to restock the shelves after a very hectic holiday season and ensure that we can meet the needs of local families who need our support.
