For over half a century, SBCHC has been an invaluable resource to the residents of South Boston and beyond for primary and preventive care.  We are the only provider of primary health services to the neighborhood, and we pride ourselves on the fact that all who seek care are welcome here.

Our services have grown over the years to meet the needs of the community and include addiction and recovery services, a food pantry where we serve over 400 families a month, an on-site pharmacy and two Urgent Care centers. Your generous gift will enable us to continue our work in the South Boston community.
