Every year, our dedicated providers and staff care for thousands of children, adults, seniors and families. But caring for our community means more than what happens in the exam room. It means helping a family facing food insecurity. Supporting a patient struggling with behavioral health challenges. Reaching people who might otherwise go without preventive care. And investing in programs that help our neighbors live healthier lives.

Many of these important services are not fully covered by insurance or traditional health care funding. That’s where you can make a difference.
