About the South Boston Community Health Center Lab

South Boston Community Health Center is pleased to offer our patients a full service laboratory, conveniently located at 409 West Broadway and expertly operated by Boston Medical Center (BMC).

Patients are assisted on a first-come-first serve basis. No appointment necessary.

Lab Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday 8am - 7pm
Friday 8am - 5:30pm
Saturday 8:30am - 1pm

Test Results

The quickest way to receive test results is through MyChart, our secure patient portal. With MyChart, patients can:

View routine lab results
Review and update medications, immunizations, allergies and health issues
Access history for blood pressure, weight, height and more in "Health Trends"
View office visit summaries and letters

Download the MyChart App for Android or Apple, or visit the MyChart website to view test results and read your provider's comments.

Bill Pay

Our lab is expertly operated by Boston Medical Center (BMC). All payments related to lab services must be made directly to BMC. If you have any questions about a bill that has a BMC logo pictured at the top, please contact the BMC Billing department.
