SBCHC provides Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), offering Suboxone® therapy and Vivitrol® injections to support individuals seeking treatment for opioid or alcohol use disorders.

In collaboration with our on-site Behavioral Health team and local community partners, our OBAT program provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to support long-term recovery.
