Sign in to MyChart, our secure patient portal, to access your After Visit Summary, test results, and medication list.
- Speak to any staff member to gain access to MyChart.
- Download the app for Apple or Android devices.
- Log in!
Schedule follow-up appointments now, so you don't have to wait later.
Many of our primary care providers (PCPs) are fully booked for weeks at a time. If you are going to need a visit with your provider in a few weeks, book that appointment today. Here's how:
- Request an appointment via MyChart; or
- Call us at 617-269-7500 to speak with a staff member.
Otherwise, if you just need a quick visit for a new illness or injury, we have Urgent Care clinics at 409 West Broadway and 505 Congress Street.

- Click here to book an Urgent Care appointment at 505 Congress Street, or call 617-464-7620. At this Seaport location, there is convenient garage parking available for patients for a flat fee of $5.
Act on your Referrals.
If your PCP referred you to another facility for specialty or imaging services, be sure to call that facility to register. It will make it easier to schedule that specialty service later if they already have an account for you in their system.
Plan for Prescriptions.
Prescription refills can take up to 72 hours to be processed. If you are going to need more medication soon, initiate your refill request at least 3 days in advance to avoid delays. Here are the numbers you can call to request additional medication, when your Pharmacy has exhausted all authorized refills:
- If you fill your prescriptions at our on-site pharmacy: 617-638-8810
- If you fill your prescriptions at any other pharmacy: 617-464-7641
Our on-site Pharmacy offers FREE home delivery as well, making it easy to get your prescriptions within 2-3 days.

Ensure we have accurate insurance information on file.
Anytime your insurance changes, please relay that new information to our Billing department at 617-464-5891.
