SBCHC has been providing world-class health care for over 50 years in South Boston.

Whether you are a long time Southie resident or if you have just arrived; whether you are insured or uninsured, old or young, South Boston Community Health Center is here to meet your health care needs. Our services include Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Family Medicine as well as Dental, Optometry, Radiology, and Pharmacy. We also offer many specialty services including Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology. We currently deliver these services from a beautiful two-building facility in the heart of the neighborhood. You will find our hours as convenient as our location on West Broadway.

We know that navigating the health care system can be confusing. That is why we have Patient Support Associates who can help you book an appointment, choose a doctor, obtain a referral or answer questions about insurance coverage.
