South Boston Community Health Center at 409 West Broadway

  • Monday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am – 7:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 – 1:00pm

These times reflect the general hours of operation at our 409 West Broadway location. Please call us if you have questions regarding individual department hours.

After Hours On-Call Service

If you are a patient in need of services after regular operating hours, please call us at (617)269-7500. You will be connected to an answering service who will contact the on-call provider. Providers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

South Boston Health Seaport Urgent Care at 505 Congress Street
