MassHealth Plan Switch Deadline!

June 14, 2019

If you are a Masshealth patient and want to see a provider at South Boston Community Health Center, be sure to choose BMC HealthNet Plan Community Alliance as your MassHealthPlan. Now is the only time this year when MassHealth patients can switch health plans without an exception.

To change your plan, you have several options:

– Make an appointment with one of our Enrollment Counselors by calling 617-269-7500

– Make an appointment with a Navigator or Certified Application Counselor or visit MAhealthconnector.org and click “Help Center” to find one near you.

– Go to masshealthchoices.com, click “Enroll” and complete the form online or by mail.

– Call MassHealth at 1-800-841-2900 (TTY: 1-800-497-4648) Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
