Shannon Lydon is a Nurse Practitioner at the South Boston Community Health Center, and serves as one of our primary care providers (PCPs) in the Family Medicine department. Shannon is a Women’s Health provider who sees female patients ages 13 and up and specializes in care related to Breast Health, Family Planning & Contraception, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Abnormal Pap Smears, and Prenatal Care.
