Job Summary

You will play a vital role in supporting our Dentists by preparing treatment rooms, managing dental supplies, assisting with patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Location: South Boston Community Health Center, 386 West Broadway, South Boston, MA
Pay: $24.25 – $26.87 per hour
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (or an active out-of-state license with the ability to convert).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with patients and colleagues in a kind and attentive manner.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Compliance with health and safety protocols, including COVID and flu vaccinations.
Representative Job Duties
- Assist Dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and maintain dental treatment rooms, including sterilization and organization of instruments.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary dental supplies are available.
- Prep patient charts and maintain accurate records.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including patient scheduling and reception duties.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment with a focus on exceptional patient care.
